Funny old week wasn't it, McAlister finally limped off the footballing stage, it snowed in Beach Haven and Harbour went to Counties for yet another loss…at least one of the above was unexpected.

I went down to Counties, I can report back with some authority that there has been little improvement in the people and the general location. There is something tragic about an area trapped between the Scum and Waikato, certainly nothing good can come from it, apart from an abundance of handy rugby players who score tries.

Started well, faded, came back, faded… got beat.

We just aren't any good this year folks, come to think of it we weren't all that good for the last three years but who's counting.

The word on the street is Harbour left before the after-match speeches which was nice to hear, not only are we losers but we are a touch ungracious, awesome.

Bundee Aki is a cool name for a rugby player, quite liked him.
