Not the greatest Harbour fan but saturday night was painful....i have to say my piece....

Is Pivac on Crack? he's picked half an ANC squad straight out of form 6? I understand the need for development but really is it nesecery to go that low especially when the shield was at stake? The other thing I'm not sure about is the non section of more Back-to-back premiership winning Takapuna players? They are screaming out for a change in hooker and especially halfback and they forget that Takapuna have Adrian Donald and Jon Volkman who were undoubtedly hitting form during the club competition? Understandably Donald isn't the scrummaging powerhouse that Anton or Mealamu are but none the less he offers a lot more than that bloke from Auckland could of? When Massey were winning they were saturating the rep squads due to the form their club team was experiencing? Isn't the North Harbour club comp surpossed to be the vehicle to making the ANC squad? or is it the Gallaher Shield? I seem to be confused? too many good players in the union are going unrecognised. Anyway although i didn't intend to, ill stop tooting the takapuna horn.
