Readers Corner III: "Robbo's Review"

"At the best of times words never fail me, but in this case they do!!

The 2004 NPC will go down as a rather extreme for all sorts of reasons.

Unbelievable heights of donking those thugs from over the bridge to last Sunday. We should have put the Bay away. Perhaps Rico, Hosea, Newby and Evans should look at those BOP boys, they play for the honour of the jersey, sadly something that is lacking in the game today, not to be lured to other places!!

It even filters down to club Rugby; there is no loyalty in the Game, these guys all use Harbour as a platform, and that in my mind is F$%^&*&* bullshit!! Coom and his gang must do something to stop this rot!! You are getting paid good money so BLOODY work for it!!

I did notice in a few games (Auckland, Canterbury, was one in particular) we were down and we thought back with Gusto and Pride! And played bloody awesome footy!!

I would sell my mother to wear the jersey that Walter, Buck, Dowdy, Ronny and so on and those legends all wore with pride and would die for!!

I also noted the presence of "Mad Dog" McGahan, Ron Williams, Graham Dowd and Brad Meurant in the ASB Lounge at last weeks game! What must they have been thinking when they saw that game and the pile of crap the Directors have gotten us into!!!

I am and always will be a big fan of Pollock, I think we should stick with him and Anscombe, as we will be rebuilding again next year thanks to the big five wallets

I thought the player of the season was Nick Williams, reminds me of a Young Richard Turner. Big, Robust, and Gutsy! And hard as nails too, I just wonder if he uses as much after-shave and fancy smellies as "Pod" used to!!

For the love of God I cannot work why they are subbing Captain Joe! You don't sub your captain for Christs sake!!

All I can say to the Leavers and Part time supporters is "Piss off and don't return!!!"

Harbour to me is about Pride and Loyalty! Start F**KING well showing some!! The legends of Harbour and the supporters deserve better!!

Cheersz
