We Say ...

Cock.........

And so it came to fruition on the twenty-third day of the month called August, the Harbour faithful sat and watched the worst display of football since Webb Ellis last strapped on his tiny boots.

In a season which promised much and has delivered fresh mulch, its hard to get too excited or stimulated over a team which once again will receive the tag of "under-achievers".

Things need to change and change pretty fucking rapidly. Its not often that a team goes to the uncertain terrain of the deep south as genuine underdogs, but that's exactly what we are.

Its hard also to correctly ascertain the reasons behind our recent demise, I'll have a shot though:
1. Russell Jones: not up to it, should be sacked forthwith.
2. Gameplan: don't have one, need to find one.
3. Players with No Heart: players suck and you get the feeling they would rather be somewhere else.
4. Loose Forwards: not aware we have any but should be sacked if they turn up.
5. Doug Rolleson: not up to it, should be sacked forthwith.
6. Blues: having a devastating effect on our players and their morale. Lack of funds and more importantly the ability to generate any is suffocating our Union.
7. Old Useless Bastards: any players not willing to put body on the line should be moved aside.

From two or three years ago when we pulled off a few sterling wins, Harbour is slipping further away from the main "pack" in the NPC. An urgent review is required if North Harbour is to make any real progress in the field of provincial rugby.

We are on the brink of a major crisis, either that or we have unwittingly stepped into one.

Never nice to lose to the scum but for once I am more worried about our immediate future than last Saturday's result. It must be serious.
