Another fine mess you've gotten us into!

If Craig Dowd and Jeff Wilson are quickly becoming Laurel & Hardy then surely the players are like the Keystone Cops.

That final try from Hawke's Bay on Saturday was nothing short of a disgrace. If a club side had allowed a try like that you would have been mad as hell with the players, never mind the pile of shite we call Harbour right now.

With characters like Shaggy from Sccoby Doo at Fullback/Wing and Filo Pastry in at lock we truely are becoming a laughing stock.

If there were any positives to take from this game it was that Boric played well and will be glad to be back and Josh York knows where the try line is. Pisi was ok but nothing spectacular and when the subs came on they were no worse than the shite that went before them. Tuigamala at 9 looked handy and at least he had a bit of spark about him.

I must admit, we suck!!!

When a friend of mine said that this is as bad as it has ever been I took some solice in the fact that at least it can only get better, it's just it probably will be next year.

So here it is, my prediction right now is that we will win 1 game only this season and we will be given the arse from the big boys league. We will be dropped down to the Heartland comp not because we are Shite!!!! but because we are shite and lack dirction. Forget, potential playing base, finances, stadiums, the 200,000 yappies that live on the Shore or any other nonsense. We will just drop down because we are shite and we have no people who know how to make tough decisions!!

Rarely do I feel so negative about things but I am utterly dispondant. Laurel and Hardy have made a fool of themselves and the players just suck. If anything can turn this season around it will be a miracle. A bolt of something from above is the only thing that can help us or some talent unearthed from somewhere other than Devenport and Northcote.

I remember reading an article earlier in the year when 'Sensible Alistair' got on his high horse about an article that was too Takapuna orientated and that we should put club differences aside. Well here is where I have a problem with that little rant. The differences that are between the clubs and Takapuna are that the others try hard and deliver shite and Takapuna win Championships and wins. They may not have many players in the Harbour Team so what does that tell you. It says that good honest players delivering winning rugby are not what Harbour need, that's what it tells you. I know what I would rather watch, a Harbour side winning than a best of the rest getting pumped week in week out.

I am not saying you need every Taka player, far from it, what I am saying is that it is clear and aparent that not many of these current Harrbour players know how to win big games any games for that matter. Facts don't lie and neither does the North Harbour club Championship honours board. So like them or not, one thing Takapuna does better than th erest, is deliver good honest players who know how to win. Maybe, just maybe we could do with a couple of them.

Who knows! All I know is that as I type this email I feel that watching Harbour is bad for my health and maybe Doc Mayhew should be setting up a mental health clinic at the stadium and start treating the supporters who suffer watching Harbour.

Rant over, off to watch the Rugby League, it is better than Harbour!
