Dear HarbourRugby.com
person,
Since sundays
game i've really been finding it hard to sleep at night, not due
to the result of the game but due to the fact that i can still hear
James Rodley laughing all the way from Whangarei.Supporting North
Harbour at the moment is some what painful and i think i would feel
less shafted by paying Brian Tamaki and his Destiny Church 10% of
my wage than supporting these guys. As i was walking out of the
stadium on sunday afternoon i felt more disgusted at that very point
than the time i contracted Aids by walking into R'toto's on a saturday
evening.
This was a game
in front of a home crowd where the boys needed to front up and get
a result. Instead the only Harbour boys that did this was Rodley,
Veale and Urlich. Even that sick creep Coughlan standing on the
sideline in his blazer looked like he was going to hit more rucks
than some of our forwards. You've got a better chance of trying
to convince me that Shapelle Corby is innocent than you do in telling
me Pivac is a half decent coach. Robbie Colhoun has had more STD's
than this guy has had wins this season. If the New Zealand Police
can find Xin Xin (Too Soon?) then Harbour must be able to find a
coach that will use the talent we have got and get the results we
should be. At the moment we are at risk of loosing more of our born
and breed talented players like NZ Maori Representative James Rodley
due to the coach we currently have.
Yours Sincerely
Your Friendly Somalian - J. Omard

for christ sake
can someone have a "whip around " at Harbour HQ and buy Sam Biddles
a decent pair of shorts, He makes our beloved team look like they
are playing for Collingwood in the Aussie Rules Comp, hey Chris
Smith clapped at the Ref 15 times during our woeful game against
Northland , We should keep score each game how many times he claps
during the game ,Keep it up Chris , Heaven knows you may get a job
being in the audience for" New Zealand's got talent", Andy Mulligan
could introduce you like this l "Presenting the one trick clapping
pony from North Harbour, Chris Smith ," , I must say I really enjoyed
watching James Hinchco biffing Marty Veale as well ,I was very critical
of our Beloved team"s resident " lager guzzler" last week ,"Hinch"
had probably come straight from a hard night at R'Toto's or the
Bar at Mustangs , either or

Dear Harbour
Rugby.Com
I cant hold
on anymore. I am embarrassed to be known as a Harbour supporter.
Week-in week-out
having my testicles wrenched from between my legs and shoved down
my throat as we see the team bent over and Ass raped while we watch
on in hope that "this week could be the week for revival"...only
to be degraded and left feeling like Michael Jackson's Army of children.
We all know
what the problem is but no one in a position to be able to fix it
gives a damn other than collecting their over inflated paycheques.
Nope... we cant
blame the players for their lack of skill.. they are only using
the "skill" God gave them. (You cant expect a dog to start singing
the National Anthem.. it's just not possible)...neither can we expect
our team of 'B' grade players to play well in the ANZC.
This was again
proven against a team that incidentally had more combined Harbour
caps than we did.
We cant expect
to compete when our Props cant scrum, our hooker cant throw, our
loosies cant compete at the break down, our goal kicker cant kick
and our backline cant tackle.
I wrote to the
CEO with my concerns at the beginning of last season to voice my
concern with the selection policy of the coach (drop our seasoned
and proven players who admirably won the shield and made the semi's
2 years in a row and replace them with unproven amateur B grade
players that wouldn't make the Ponsonby under 21 side). The response
I got was, "We need to support the coaching decision and let the
results speak for them selves".. well Hollister/pivac... we haven't
seen anything after 2 years... so put your contract where your mouth
is and resign!!!!
Well now I've
had my bitch session which I must say, hasn't eased the pain pf
watching Goperth laughing and joking with his counterpart after
a thrashing from a future Heartland cup team...(yes I have it recorded
for evidence).
I have given
Harbour every opportunity to prove me wrong over the last couple
of seasons but I think it's time to make a stance....
Anyway... I
shall get off the couch now and allow others to vent their rage!!

what is Pivac
doing?anyone who appoints a Man that coached the scum should be
publicly flogged, Since appointing "The Pig" , Harbour have sadly
declined Pivac was a mediocre player in His Harbour days , injury
prone , He then coached Takapuna and had the privilage of having
Glen Osborne ,Eric Rush , Graham Dowd,Gavin Walsh,Kevin Borievich,
Blair Larsen, Peter Woods in His ranks, Even a Blind elephant could
have coached the "Puna" seniors with such a Line up and He then
took Harbour second XV to a championship , He coached the Scum and
then He coached Fiji and they released Him from His contract basically
He got told to Fuck off Clearly Pivac cannot motivate the current
set of players , Our teams mediocre efforts show that , we go form
week to week very woefully , Our forwards are not inspring and Our
backs lack that flair Harbour is known for, We cant be reliant on
our All Blacks to save our collective bacon each week
Clearly He is
helping the Scum to become stronger by taking on loan players as
opposed to promoting our own players from our own club comp ,The
Scum would love nothing better than having Harbour go back to Auckland
, and having this person coaching us it will be achieved in no time
at all Ronnie Barker once said in an episode of Porridge "I am disenheartened
with football ,following Leyton Orient can do that to a Man", I
am becoming more disenheartened with my beloved Harbour ,The Current
coaches and Managers are a joke , I am more inspired going to the
Rosedale sewer ponds than watching this pile of crap each week !!!I
go to watch good footy ,if I want to watch crap I will go to" Lake
Rosedale" and make an afternoon of it I say Bring back Buck, any
team that has Buck Shelford involved with it is inspired by the
"King of Harbour" I am patiently waiting for the day "King Walter
Little" takes over the reigns and returns us to some form of Glory
and we bid good riddance to the "Pig" (and Sandy and Tripitarkar
and Monkey while we are at it ),for those kids who dont remember
they where characters from the 80's kids show "Monkey" Harbour born
and bred

As a Harbour
fan and may I say a disheartend one in that As I am so dissapointed
in Chris Smith ,He may look the part with tape around his ears covering
up his shocking bald patch But at the end of the day He seems to
be a bit of a "one trick pony", I remember watching Him pay for
Westlake a few years back against Glenfield College , He is overated
spends to much time clapping at the Ref , doesnt make enough tackles
or commit at the breakdown I think more of Young William Whetton
playing for the "Cote", We knew that his old man was a great player
in His days though he did play for the Scum , I hope he has the
traits his Dad displayed during he career which included "donking"
our beloved Harbour a few times Chris Smith you are a big bag of
"Disapointment biscuits", for godsakes what is James Hinchco doing
in a Harbour shirt , He seems more at Home propping up the Bar at
The Copper Room , I think Hayden Abercrombie looks pretty good as
well , I saw Him playing for Shore this year

Respect for
report #12 from MacDaddy. battle of the bridge summed up in one.
Sadly you've
also hit on something very disturbing: the simple fact that there's
really only one generation of Harbour fans that remember when we
mattered. It makes sense that people raised on so-called Super Rugby
won't understand or get into the Auckland rivalry, but I'd never
even considered the fact that all our parents are Auckland fans.
So in fact the only people who really give a sh!t about Harbour
are aged 30-45. Given that most of them are probably working in
finance in London it doesn't really inspire confidence in the fan
base coming back any time soon.
Hope they can
find lots of other things to do with the Stadium.

Hi
Good reports
on website but why do you guys rate smith? He only looks the part
with his grumpy face but he does nothing around the field.

How on earth
do you give Chris Smith 1 point for last week, id give him a negative
100 million, he is the most overated player in New Zealand Rugby,
apart from catch a ball in a lineout which any tall person can do
what did he do last week, he missed 7 consective rucks at one stage,
he just hangs off and claps his hands when the play is broken down,
how on earth did he make nz u20s let alone capatin, he must please
people in the rugby circles by some other means because he dont
please me on the rugby field, ryan wilson is a much better player
around the field. bring back 7ft ryno, get rid or arrogant big mouth

Dear Hampster.
Steady on Pal!!!!
I take offence at the straight thinking, sensible comments regarding
the possiblity of the 2nd XV playing the ANZC team... why?? coz
we might actually find out the short commings and inadequcies of
Pivac... There is no way in Hell the union will put the ANZC team
in a positon to lose to the B's by 50+ points... There is no way
the union will ever give the likes of Dustow (who I note is playing
for the B's) the opportunity to score 6 tries against a pathic excuse
of a foward pack... If the fact that we have lost 6 straight this
year (including preseason) and the posibilty of being demoted this
year (once Northland appeal the NZRFU's decision and win) then there
is no way they will take the hint of a 50 point drubbing at the
hands of the B's
So Hampster
next time you decide to come up with a brillient, sinsible idea
that would show just how useless our ANZC team are... bear in mind
that the Union will not tollerate brillient ideas that would undermine
them and prove once in for all that yes... THEY GOT IT WRONG in
hiring the king of Muppets they call Pivac who of course coursed
the demise of Fiji.... (People!!!! there are normally good reasons
why coaches get released (sacked) from their rolls!!!!!)
On a side note,
I may have uncovered who or what pivac may be..... A spy for the
Auckland rugby union in an attempt to sabotage the Harbour team
to limit the number of Harbour player in the Blues squad... it makes
sence...when we were winning, there was always a bitch fight at
the lack of harbour players in the blues squad.. now we would be
lucky to have 4 (our AB's)... And I think you wouldn't get much
argument from any of the supporters at the state of the current
team... Pivac you have been found out Pal!!!

Another season
and another 2 loses in a row. Doesn't surprise me with that dickhead
Hitler Pivac still at the helm.
I would like
to know what the feed back was from the players last year about
him. I wonder whether that was NOT taken into account when reappointing
him. What I heard..the majority didnt want him!!
Good to see
harbour.com hero Roger Dustow playing for the Bs. The number three
hooker is apparently one of the Mayhew boys who has never played
there before!! That is the kind of logic we have from our coach.
The Harbour B team wanted to have a game against the As but it was
turned down. I wonder why!!!!
Dustow has been
man of the match in almost every club game he has played this year
and I have heard from reliable sources high up in the union that
they , except Pivac want him back.
Our esteemed
CEO had said on his appointment that he would NEVER get any imported
players into the union while he was there...It reminds me of the
Tui ad..."yeah right". Another example of the way this union is
going. I was told that Chris Symlie was offered so much to return
that he couldnt refuse the offer.
No wonder we
are losing when we have players being recruited "for the money"
and go from here to there like a Tom Cat on K road. They dont care
aboutr winning because the money is in the bank .
Here is a huge
tip I have heard a whisper about. I would almost put my house on
it that when forwards coach Milan's contract finishes at the end
of the year that he is given the boot like everyone else has and
Craig Dowd becomes forward coach.I really hope that Hitler Pivac
is following right behind!!
Regards
Ian

G'Day Harbour
Rugby!!!
Well as a new
season dawns on us we must surly be in a position to learn from
our mistakes from last year, rectify some grave errors of judgment
and press forward looking forward to a hopefully successful season..........
OR NOT!!!
I see nothing
was learnt from last years diasterous season by sacking our seasoned
players and bringing in imports!!! I
see Our beloved Dustow was not offered a contract this year and
has now looked at a caerea change. As I understand it although he
has offially hung up his boots for the year.. he has advised NHRFU
that he is willing to step up if the phonecall came... never-the-less
we all know thats not comming...
I note 2 very
embarasing losses in our preseason games... in most cases we would
sit back say "these mean nothing as the coaches give new players
a go".... well I note that is not the case and that by all accounts
the players in these games will be our players for the season...(combined
caps of...6.8)
It's a sad day
for a loyal Harbour Supporter like my self to say, I am looking
forward to getting our arses kicked this year in every game so the
union sacks the "Muppet" they call coach... and hires someone that
values the union, players and it's suporter's and finally enjoy
winning rugby.

Subject: 2008 - the year of Harbour?
Date: Tue, July 22, 2008 1:41am
Just
noticed that Glenfield Rovers are in the semi finals of the Chatham
Cup semi finals.
Using history
as a guide, this bodes well for Harbour - in 2006 the Glenfield
rugby team beat the odds to make the final of the club competition,
which flowed through into our first successful Shield challenge
that year.
'06 started
much the same as this year in terms of Harbour - a new, young squad
and very little expectation of success. And look how that went (bar
the last two games which i still think must have been mis-reported).
Granted, we
have had the same scenario at the start of every season since 1996
- but in all of those years bar 2 Glenfield's sole glory has been
limited to the knowledge that Walter used to play there, and strange
pride in Frano Botica's jersey hanging in the clubrooms (reason
still unknown).
As the old adage
goes, "when Glenfield [football] is strong, Harbour rugby is strong".
